Supervisory Coordinator in Security Protection

We are now looking for a supervisory coordinator in security protection with a strong drive for organizational development. About the Position

In the role of supervisory coordinator, you play an important part in FMV's continued establishment of the authority's supervisory activities with the mission to create a cohesive and authority-wide structure for supervision within security protection.

Your work will involve further developing processes and methods for supervision, thereby laying the foundation for short- and long-term organizational development and future expansion of the supervisory function. This includes planning, executing, and evaluating supervisory activities as well as handling cases related to other obligations according to the authority's supervisory mission. An important part of the job is to provide guidance on security protection to operators within the authority's supervisory area.

Your work will also involve collaborating and cooperating internally within the authority and externally with the Armed Forces, the Security Police, and other supervisory authorities, as well as with operators within the authority's supervisory area.

The position is based in Stockholm. Travel is required for the job.

About You

We expect you to have relevant academic education, or other post-secondary education combined with experience that the employer deems equivalent. You have several years of work experience in qualified investigative, supervisory, or security work, as well as experience in independently driving cases and coordinating complex assignments. We also see that you have a good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing, communicate clearly, and adapt communication and messages to different target groups. A driver's license is required for the role.

If you have experience in security-sensitive operations and the application of security protection legislation, as well as good knowledge of public authority exercise, administrative law, and the application of laws and regulations in the public sector, we consider this an advantage. We also see it as an advantage if you have experience in organizational development, project management, or training/certification in auditing/supervision, security, or security protection areas.

The employment is classified in a security class, which requires Swedish citizenship. Prior to employment, you will undergo a security screening with a background check. Employment includes the obligation to be placed in a war position at the authority.
