We are looking for a Work Environment Expert for a public utility real estate company.

This is a consulting assignment. The location is Stockholm.

The estimated scope of this assignment is approximately 400-500 hours over the coming year.

The assignment involves close collaboration with the client, which places high demands on flexibility and teamwork.

The Assignment

In the role of work environment consultant, you will be responsible for supporting managers, project leaders, and project managers in construction and management projects with work environment issues. You will provide advice, training, and development of templates, checklists, and work environment plans for various types of work, as well as ensuring compliance with legal requirements and identifying any deficiencies.

Responsibilities

Support managers and project leaders in renovation and new construction projects.

Review and update procedures and checklists.

Develop relevant training for employees in work environment matters.

Ensure that projects and operations meet legal requirements for work environment and conduct gap analyses.

Develop templates and procedures for work environment areas, such as chemical handling, machinery, and working at heights.

Requirements (mandatory)

3-5 years of experience in work environment work within the real estate industry and construction projects.

Fluent Swedish in speech and writing.

Meritorious

Experience with public utility real estate companies.
