Do you want to work for a company that takes great social responsibility, where high competence and engaged colleagues shape the atmosphere? Are you a student looking for a part-time job? Are you a person with good collaboration skills and a strong sense of service? Are you also a curious and social person? Then the position as a receptionist at Micasa Fastigheter might be for you.

About Us

Micasa Fastigheter builds, manages, and develops properties - with care. We are part of the public housing sector in Stockholm. Our mission is to provide accessible housing for the city's elderly and other groups that the city prioritizes in the housing market.

Micasa Fastigheter has received an expanded mandate from the City of Stockholm and will need to build and renovate our property portfolio. We are growing as a company and on this dynamic journey, we face great opportunities! We are now looking for two student receptionists who want to help build the future of Stockholm!

About the Position

The role of receptionist is part of the Customer Service unit within the Business Support department, where you report to the Customer Service unit manager. You will work in a team with three receptionists and six customer service representatives. As a receptionist, you are the company's face both outward and inward, and you have a very important role. In addition to staffing the reception, you will work with administrative tasks and service-related issues to ensure a pleasant office environment for the company's employees and others who visit our offices.

The position is on an as-needed basis and therefore requires some flexibility. The office is located in Kista/Husby and the position is approximately 15 hours/week.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support the internal operations of the company with service-related issues
  • Be responsible for ordering and purchasing office/supply materials and branded clothing
  • Check-in and check-out of keys and access cards
  • Ensure general comfort in the offices through ongoing inventory to ensure that the office is clean and pleasant
  • Be responsible for meeting rooms and rounds/refills in the offices
  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries within the company
  • Assist in planning and executing orders/purchases of refreshments for company-wide activities, holidays, and theme days
  • Be responsible for the vehicle fleet, including booking inspections, service, tire changes, and cleaning. Ensure that equipment belonging to the vehicles is available
  • Invoice management and supplier/contractor contact, e.g., request for quotes for maintenance, repairs, and purchases for the office and vehicle fleet.
  • Order lunches, snacks, etc.
  • Register and follow up on maintenance requests related to the offices and vehicle fleet

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Ongoing post-secondary education in property management/operations/maintenance or Facility management/office service
  • Experience from the service industry
  • Good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form, as well as knowledge of English

It is an advantage to have:

  • Experience working in a reception

Personal Qualities

We place great importance on your personal qualities, your unpretentious commitment, and your ability to identify and handle emerging situations. The role requires a balance between delivering excellent service and acting independently based on needs and inquiries. To succeed in the role, you need to have good collaboration skills, as you will become part of the reception team.

Together, you strive to provide the best possible service to both external visitors and internal employees who turn to you for support in various matters. In this recruitment, we place great importance on personal qualities.
