About the position

As a registrar at the National Board of Health and Welfare, you will support and collaborate with the agency's various operations. You will be part of a team with other registrars, while also having a clear personal responsibility within our record-keeping and case management. You will provide advice and support and answer questions both internally and externally. You will handle the release of public documents and be responsible for closing cases and archiving. You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with your colleagues to develop and ensure the quality of the record-keeping as well as the registrar function. About you

We are looking for someone who has

• current and several years of experience in the registrar role as a primary job function
• experience working in record-keeping and case management systems
• very good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written

It is an advantage if you have

• experience as a registrar in the public sector
• registrar training, or other relevant education combined with experience that we assess as equivalent
• experience working with complex information flows

Good to know

The employment is a permanent position full-time and begins with a six-month probationary period. You will be based at the office on Västerbroplan in Stockholm. In the spring of 2027, the agency will move to newly renovated premises in Solna strand. Your job title will be registrar, and your placement will be in the Registry Unit and the Department for Operational Support.
