As we continue to grow, we are now looking for another recruitment consultant. With us, you work closely with the business and operationally, managing the entire recruitment process – from the first customer dialogue to the appointed candidate. No day is the same, and you will be part of a close-knit team that delivers high quality to our clients.

In the role of recruitment consultant at Jobway, you are responsible for your own assignments and drive the processes from start to finish. The role is varied, fast-paced, and requires both structure and relationship-building skills.

The role involves:

• Managing your own recruitment processes and client assignments
• Conducting requirement profile meetings with clients
• Compiling requirement profiles, writing job ads, and continuously working on improvements
• Actively working with search and headhunting in both existing and new networks
• Conducting phone interviews, selection, and presentation of candidates.
• Maintaining ongoing dialogue, advice, and follow-up with both clients and candidates throughout the process

Your profile:

• Fluent in Norwegian and Swedish
• A strong relationship builder with good communication skills
• Comfortable reaching out to new people and building trust
• Used to working in a structured manner and managing multiple assignments simultaneously
• Experience in recruitment and/or sales (meritorious but not a requirement)
