A cover letter is not used as a selection method and therefore does not need to be attached. As a candidate, you bear the main responsibility for ensuring that your application is complete when submitted. The recruitment process includes two selection tests: a personality test and a cognitive ability test. The tests are a tool to find the candidate with the highest potential for the position and to promote equality, diversity, and a fair recruitment process.
For our part-time positions, you as an applicant need to have another main occupation of at least 50%. Examples of this include studies, another job, self-employment, parental leave, or similar.
