Financial Controller for International Company

Your Responsibilities

As a Financial Controller, you will be part of a close-knit team of four Controllers who all contribute to a stable and forward-looking controller function. Together with the team, you will work on continuous improvements as well as the automation and digitalization of financial processes.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Reporting for the company's Nordic subsidiaries (Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Finland) to the parent company
• Working with year-end closing, budgeting, and forecasting, as well as driving the planning of these processes
• Quality assurance and analysis of outcomes, as well as sales data analysis
• Analysis and follow-up of KPIs
• Driving and participating in digitalization and automation projects to modernize and simplify the finance function
• Ongoing contact with the group's central finance function
• Driving and following up on the company's key controls as part of internal control
• Supporting the business with financial analyses and decision-making support

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and a solid foundation in accounting or auditing. You are analytical, proactive, and enjoy a job that combines details with a holistic perspective.

You have strong system skills, preferably from one of the larger ERP systems, and are an advanced user of Excel. If you also have good knowledge of Power Pivot and Power Query, it is a plus. International experience is not a requirement, but you feel comfortable in a dynamic environment and see the value in being part of a global organization. You express yourself very well in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

As a person, you are solution-oriented, communicative, unpretentious, and confident in your role. You work in a structured manner, have an easy time prioritizing, and thrive in a team where everyone supports each other and collectively drives the work forward.

Success Factors

• At least 3 years of experience in Controlling
• Structured working method
• Proactive and driving in the development and streamlining of processes
• Strong interest in systems and very good knowledge of Excel
• Fluent in spoken and written Swedish and English
