We are growing and therefore need to strengthen our wonderful team with additional expertise. Our goal is to create value-adding and long-term business and deliveries by building strong partnerships with our clients. Job satisfaction and cohesion are the foundation of our work. We are now looking for a self-driven and experienced senior consultant for our office in Stockholm.

The role involves

• Doing business with both existing and new clients.
• Conducting recruitment and search assignments from start to finish regarding management teams to C-level placements.
• Contributing to the development of HRM as a company in terms of profitable growth as well as culture, processes, working methods, quality monitoring, etc.
• Using capacity and personality tests as a natural part of the process.
• Contributing to the development of HRM's entire business as well as client relationships and working methods.

Background

We see that you have an academic degree in behavioral science or another relevant field, as well as at least 10 years of documented, broad, and solid experience in recruitment/search. You also have a wide network consisting of strong relationships and references with your own established clients.

We consider it an advantage if you have coaching certification and a license in one or more testing tools. It is positive if you have your own management experience and have delivered client services within one or more of our other business areas.
