About the position At Middlepoint, we are looking for a new service star! In this role, you will work at the reception for our client, located in Kista. As a receptionist in this prestigious assignment, you will work in a social and business-oriented environment where you have the opportunity for development. You will work in a service team of two, where you, in your role as receptionist, deliver world-class service to everyone you meet.
Your responsibilities include, among other things:
Welcoming employees and clients
Various administrative tasks
Phone and email
Managing common areas, conference rooms, and catering
Bookings and orders
Mail handling and deliveries
Key management and access card systems
Switchboard and telephony
Contact with suppliers

Requirements for the position
Fluent in Swedish and English
Previous experience in service, preferably in an office environment
Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite
Completed high school education
About Employment Employment: Fixed-term 6 months with a great chance of extension Start: Immediately Working hours: Monday to Friday approximately 08:00-17:00
