HYDAC is a family-owned, international industrial company with roots in Germany and over 60 years of experience in hydraulics, systems, and fluid technology. With around 10,000 employees globally, 50 national companies, and a strong focus on sustainable and customized solutions, HYDAC is a stable and long-term partner for the industry.

In Sweden, HYDAC has been present since 1980 and currently consists of about 80 employees with its headquarters in Spånga, as well as several branches and local offices across the country. The organization is characterized by short decision-making paths, high technical competence, and a culture where collaboration and accountability are at the center.

HYDAC Sweden is now looking for a Customer Support Agent who wants to be part of a close-knit team and contribute to the development of the customer support function in a changing business environment.

About the position

As a Customer Support Agent, you will work broadly across the entire customer chain and be an important link between customers, the sales organization, warehouse, and internal technical functions. The role combines customer support, technology, order administration, and system support, and is suitable for you who thrive with structure, responsibility, and variety in your daily work.

You will primarily work in writing via a CRM system, with limited phone contact, and handle cases from start to finish. Initially, the focus will be mainly on order administration, but the role will gradually evolve towards increased technical and business responsibility.

Your tasks will include, among others:

  • Registering, prioritizing, and following up cases in CRM according to the principle of “first in, first out”.

  • Working with orders, returns, deliveries, and certificates.

  • Following up order status in dialogue with customers, sales, purchasing, and warehouse.

  • Providing prices within given approval rules and maintaining price and purchasing lists.

  • Supporting the sales organization in preparation for contract negotiations.

  • Handling complaints, product deviations, and credits.

  • Answering technical questions and guiding customers and salespeople to the right solution, for example, within hydraulics or related technical areas.

  • Using internal technical networks as needed, for example, in electrification.

  • Creating and updating instructions, quick guides, and process descriptions.

  • Participating in and driving improvement initiatives related to working methods, systems, and customer experience.

  • Participating in customer meetings and internal monthly meetings with customers as needed.

You will be part of a team of eight people who move from clear areas of responsibility towards a more flexible working method where team members cover for each other. The role requires you to take your own initiatives, make decisions within given frameworks, and independently seek information when it is not available.

Your profile:

We are looking for someone who is confident in themselves, enjoys structure, and has a genuine interest in technology and customer support in a B2B environment. Furthermore, we believe that you predominantly have or at least a strong willingness to learn:

  • Experience in B2B customer support.

  • Technical background, knowledge, or strong technical interest.

  • Ability to work in a structured and systematic way.

  • Experience in hydraulics or related fields (mechanics, industry, automation).

  • Experience with SAP, CRM (preferably Dynamics 365).

  • Familiarity with order flows, price administration, complaint handling, and delivery monitoring.

  • Experience in regulated industries and certificate management.

  • Interest in AI and digital development.

  • Good proficiency in the Office suite.

You are offered

  • Collective agreement and 5 weeks of vacation.

  • Flexible working hours with the possibility of hybrid work.

  • Wellness benefits and workout time during work hours.

  • Opportunity for bike benefits through Bikelease.

  • Health check-ups through occupational health services.

  • Opportunity to influence processes, systems, and customer experience.

  • Professional development in hydraulics, CRM, and business systems.

  • Pension plan (ITP1 or ITP2) and terminal glasses.

At HYDAC, you will work in a stable family business with a long-term perspective, high technical competence, and a culture where change, collaboration, and development are in focus.

You will be employed on a probationary basis, which will then continue to a permanent position at HYDAC, and you will be based at HYDAC's office in Spånga.

Selection is ongoing - welcome with your application today!
