We are looking for an Administrator for a public housing company.

This is a consulting assignment. The location is Stockholm.

The position is full-time.

The assignment involves close collaboration with the client, which places high demands on flexibility and teamwork.

The Assignment

The Administrator works full-time managing changes to vehicle space conditions. The role involves ongoing contact with tenants, implementing contract adjustments in the system, and following up and reporting on the progress of the work. The assignment is operational, structured, and requires good administrative skills as well as clear communication.

Responsibilities

Change vehicle space conditions in the system according to an established plan

Contact tenants via email, phone, and if necessary, by letter

Inform tenants about upcoming adjustments to contracts

Register and implement contract changes in relevant systems

Continuously follow up on completed condition changes

Ensure order and structure in documentation and case management

Report status, progress, and planning monthly to the responsible party

Requirements (IMPORTANT, mandatory)

Fluent Swedish in speech and writing.

At least 2 years of practical work experience in an administrative role using Word and Excel.

Documented experience in an administrative role of at least 2 years.
