Administrative Officer at the Cyber Defense Command

The Swedish Armed Forces' Cyber Defense Command continues to rapidly develop and strengthen Sweden's cyber defense, which operates at all levels of conflict to protect Swedish interests in the cyber domain. We are now looking for several administrative officers.

Main Responsibilities

As one of several administrative officers at the Cyber Defense Command, you will provide support to both managers and other employees. You are a key person in managing administrative tasks that contribute to the effective and smooth operation of the organization. Responsibilities include:

• Meeting planning including meeting invitations, booking venues, and visitor management
• Travel administration
• Ordering, following up, and administration in the Armed Forces' management support system
• Maintaining common functions such as writing rooms and expense storage
• Information management and taking minutes and protocols
• Work at the Cyber Defense Command's staff expedition

Qualifications

Requirements

• Approved 3-year high school education
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience in an administrative service-oriented role
• Very good computer skills and good knowledge of the Office suite
• Good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in Swedish and English

Personal Qualities

You have a sense of service, are self-driven, and possess good administrative skills. Furthermore, we see that you have high integrity, well-developed communication skills, and are outgoing and confident in your role, as the position involves contact points both within and outside the Cyber Defense Command. The work requires you to have a good ability to independently prioritize and organize your work. We are looking for someone who is proactive, flexible, and solution-oriented.

You thrive in an environment of constant development and can easily adapt to changing circumstances. You are structured, resilient under stress, and have high integrity, which is necessary for handling sensitive information.

As a person, you have a positive attitude, good collaborative skills, and are unpretentious in your approach to work. You have a helpful attitude and the ability to create and maintain good relationships.

Meritorious

• Experience working in the Armed Forces or another defense authority
• Documented experience in administrative work
• Experience working in the Armed Forces' information and case management systems
• Experience working in document and case management systems in public operations
• Knowledge of the Armed Forces' command systems and command processes
• Academic degree relevant to the position
• Driving license B

Other

Permanent employment, full-time, with a 6-month probationary period. Start date according to agreement. The workplace is Stockholm.

The job also includes 3 hours of training per week during working hours to maintain the level of fitness, mobility, and strength required for the position.
