As a traffic and personnel planner, you will work with the Planning & Operation team to plan, coordinate, and optimize staffing and traffic for Strömma's operations in Stockholm. You will work closely with traffic and personnel managers as well as the operational team.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and schedule personnel.
• Optimize traffic and personnel as needed.
• Update traffic and personnel in our systems.
• Support traffic management in daily operations.
• Communicate continuously with the operations organization and the operational teams.
• Ensure compliance with internal guidelines and safety requirements.
• Assist in preparing reports and analyses.

• Good communication skills, high service spirit, strong engagement, and the ability to see the big picture in your work.
• You are confident, have a sense of humor, and are easy to laugh.
• Responsible and prefer to see opportunities rather than problems.
• Ability to work systematically and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Stress-resistant and remain calm during hectic periods.
• Excellent knowledge of Swedish and English.
• Experience in traffic and personnel planning.
• Experience in transport, tourism, or shipping.
• Knowledge of driving and rest time regulations is a plus.
