About the Role

As an accountant, you will be a central part of the finance department and work closely with both the business and management. You will be responsible for ongoing accounting and contribute to developing effective financial routines. The role offers variety, from classic accounting tasks to more analytical and development-oriented tasks, giving you insight into the company's entire financial processes.

Responsibilities

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Ongoing bookkeeping and verifications
• Monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Account and balance reconciliations
• VAT and tax declarations
• Management of accounts payable and receivable
• Reporting to management and support in budget and forecasting work
• Collaborating with auditors and other external parties
• Contributing to the improvement and efficiency of financial processes and routines
• Participating in projects focused on financial systems, automation, or process improvements

Qualifications

Post-secondary education in finance or accounting

At least 3 years of experience in accounting

Good experience with financial statement work

Familiarity with financial systems and very good Excel skills

Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Attention to detail, analytical ability, and a structured approach to work

Meritorious:

Experience from AV, technology, or IT-related businesses

Experience in project accounting or internal reporting processes

Understanding of financial analysis and key figures
