We are looking for an experienced payroll consultant for an exciting part-time assignment (approximately 50%) for our client in Solna, starting in early February and continuing throughout 2026. Our client is located in pleasant offices with good transport links. You have the opportunity for hybrid work with three days in the office each week.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced payroll specialist for our client's payroll team. The team manages payroll for approximately 4,000 employees across the country, with the majority being workers and the remainder being salaried employees.

In this role, you will be responsible for the entire payroll process, from start to finish, ensuring correct handling of salaries. Knowledge of SAP payroll is advantageous but not a requirement, as well as experience with the food industry collective agreement.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire payroll process from start to finish

• Ensure correct handling of shifts, time reports, and discrepancies

• Administer and update payroll and personnel data in the system

• Provide support and answer questions from employees and the business regarding payroll

• Perform payroll controls and reporting in accordance with applicable laws, agreements, and internal guidelines

• Participate in improvement work and propose effective solutions in the payroll process

YOUR PROFILE

We are looking for a senior payroll specialist with solid knowledge of payroll and complex payroll processes. You have approximately 3–4 years of experience in payroll work and preferably a payroll education. Experience working with SAP payroll is advantageous for this assignment but not a requirement.

As a person, you are responsible, driven, and can work independently while collaborating well in a larger team – you are a true team player. You are service-minded, meticulous, communicative, and solution-oriented. Good knowledge of English is advantageous, even if the language is not used daily.
