SJR is looking for an Accounting Assistant with knowledge of public administration

This is a consulting assignment starting in early February and initially lasting for 11 months with a chance of extension. For this assignment, we are looking for someone who wants to be employed as a consultant with occupational pension according to collective agreements.

About the position

We are looking for a meticulous and service-oriented accounting assistant for an assignment in public administration. The assignment involves replacing an employee who is going on leave, and you will become part of an established finance unit with accountants, economists, controllers, and system administrators. The position involves working on-site in Solna, with the possibility of remote work by agreement. You will work full-time and contribute to both ongoing financial administration and the development of the unit's processes and routines.

Responsibilities

• Invoice management in the Raindance financial system
• Procurement-related tasks
• Monitoring and handling of functional mailboxes in Outlook
• Case management and support to the organization
• Monthly registration of childcare invoices in Edlevo
• Documentation of work routines
• Participation in improvement and development work within the organization

Suitable background

We are looking for someone with at least two years of relevant experience in public administration and a good understanding of financial processes. You have a post-secondary education in finance or accounting and are accustomed to working in financial systems, preferably with previous experience of Raindance and similar administrative platforms. Experience in invoice management and broad financial administration is advantageous, as well as previous work in organizations with multiple stakeholders and complex flows.
