As a Service Planner at our client company, you will play a central role in ensuring that their customers always receive first-class service. You will be responsible for planning and coordinating their daily operations, handling customer inquiries, and optimizing resource utilization in collaboration with technicians and installers. Your efforts will directly contribute to smooth and efficient operations and strengthen their customers' trust in them.

Your main responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate service assignments and installations.
• Prioritize and allocate incoming customer inquiries, such as fault reports and complaints.
• Review and manage supplier invoices related to service orders.
• Invoicing and reporting in the case management system.
• Ensure qualitative and relevant communication with our customers.
• Coordinate on-call duty and vacation planning in consultation with the team.
• Collaborate with project managers and installation managers on orders and projects.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is;

•  structured, service-oriented, and responsible.
• Has experience in planning for technicians and installers.
• Has good geographical knowledge and feels comfortable using digital tools such as Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Communicates fluently in Swedish, both spoken and written.
