We are now looking for you who want to lead our development to the next level when it comes to advanced analytics and our shift towards data-driven decisions and working methods. You are interested in understanding and working closely with the business and, based on that, setting strategies and driving transformation and development that has a significant impact on Martin & Servera's future in terms of growth and profitability.

In this central role, you will lead our group-wide development agenda within Data & Analytics while being the manager of a strong team consisting of 4 experienced employees who independently operate cross-functionally within the company and the Martin & Servera group.

You will be overall responsible for cross-functionally owning and strategically driving development within advanced analytics, data-driven activities, and related system development. We prefer that you are used to working with digital development, developing and working with OKRs as a goal management framework, and have a focus on agile working methods.

In the analytics area, your team will support the business operations in decision-making, assist with expertise in challenging business situations, conduct thorough and in-depth analyses, develop reporting and data-driven activities, and decision-making tools for increased self-service. Additionally, an implementation of SAP is currently underway within the Martin & Servera group, where you and several team members are key persons for success.

You will have the opportunity to lead the development while connecting it with the good work being done today for the best possible effect moving forward. You will have broad contact areas through internal collaboration with, for example, our IT department and with the many other development initiatives ongoing in the company, in the Martin & Servera group, and within Axel Johnson.

About You

We are looking for someone with an academic degree, preferably with a focus on statistics, economics, and/or equivalent engineering education. We would like you to have relevant experience working with analysis in advanced data analysis tools, have deep knowledge of data analysis and data-driven working methods, and experience in driving and creating new revenue streams and developing efficiency and profitability through data & analytics. Experience from industries with large data volumes and customer/item bases is a plus.

To succeed in this role, you also have a good ability to understand the real needs and create cross-functional anchoring in the organization for change. You have a solid background in change management and have led organizational transformations in this area, thus having experience with this type of transformation. You are curious and a confident, experienced leader who enjoys building high-performing teams. You are transparent, straightforward, and honest in your leadership style and empower your employees to solve tasks while supporting and coaching them in this. Since the role has broad contact areas within the entire company, we value good collaboration and communication skills.
