We are now strengthening the Corporate Relations Producers group with two senior business engineers and one junior business engineer who want to contribute to creating sustainable solutions for connecting large-scale production that is necessary for the green transition.

About the Role

In this role, you will be a key person in developing and strengthening Vattenfall Eldistribution's ability to meet our customers' needs. You will have key account responsibility for a portfolio of existing customers, as well as responsibility for managing the initial phase of new connection requests. You will understand the customer's needs, comprehend their business, and represent them throughout the connection process. Your mission includes proactively engaging in dialogues with customers, understanding their challenges regarding electricity network issues, and acting as the link between the customer and our organization. Vattenfall is working to ensure that flexible network solutions are a natural part of our customer offering. As a Business Engineer, you will handle the commercial dialogue with the customer, invoice, prepare contracts, and ensure high customer satisfaction. At the same time, you will represent Vattenfall Eldistribution externally and act as an ambassador for our brand.

You will work closely with colleagues within the team and other parts of the organization to find common solutions, drive development initiatives, and improve our internal processes. The work requires flexibility as the workload varies over time, but also the ability to see the big picture and adapt to changes.

Your main responsibilities:

• Act as key account manager for your own customer portfolio focusing on electricity network-related issues
• Represent the customer's needs in connection matters from start to finish
• Handle all commercial issues with the customer
• Build long-term relationships by acting as an advisor in customer dialogues
• Actively participate in development projects and contribute to new working methods
• Collaborate cross-functionally both internally and externally for the best possible results

Requirements

As a person, you are solution-oriented. You are curious, proactive, and thrive in an organization where change is a natural part. Your communicative and relationship-building skills are crucial as you need to create trust and clarity in dialogues with customers and colleagues. You are structured and can prioritize and plan your tasks effectively.

We are looking for someone who has/is

• University degree in Engineering, Law, or Economics
• At least 3 years of work experience for the junior position
• At least 10 years of work experience for the senior position
• Experience in infrastructure work, preferably related to electricity networks but can also be from adjacent industries
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Comfortable representing in both internal and external contexts
• Understanding of technical systems and experience with cost calculations
• Experience working with solar/wind power or energy storage is an advantage
