Welcome to us
As an assistant in service and administration, you belong to the HR, information management, and internal service unit.
The unit is part of the operational support department where we all have a common mission to provide support and service to all 420 employees and managers of the service administration. In the entire unit, we are about 12 employees, and within the internal service area, there are two caretakers, one assistant, and one supervisor/local manager.
We are now looking for an assistant in service and administration for our team!
In internal service, we work with:
- Local issues, mail, and goods handling
- Fault reporting and contacts with various suppliers
- Kitchen and dining room – handling dishes, coffee machines, ordering coffee carts for meetings
- Catering for operations
- Purchasing and ordering of consumables
- Handling of access cards
- SBA Systematic fire protection control
- Coordination of incoming cases

Your role
Your tasks include:
- ensuring that the dining room and other common areas are kept clean, fresh, and inviting
- handling dishes in the kitchen and refilling coffee machines
- making purchases, handling deliveries of goods, and ensuring they are received, delivered, and stored in the right place
- working with administrative tasks related to our case and purchasing system
- organizing and furnishing conference rooms.
Your skills and experience
We are looking for someone who has:
- high school diploma
- several years of relevant and documented experience in similar tasks within kitchen and office service that the employer assesses as equivalent
- experience working with processes in catering, ordering, and purchasing
- good knowledge and experience working in Microsoft Office
- good Swedish skills, both spoken and written, as the job requires it.
It is an advantage if you have:
- experience with purchasing and case management systems
- experience with invoice management
