As a customer service representative at Sleepo, you are an important part of the entire customer journey. You have daily contact with our customers via phone, email, and chat, as well as meeting customers in our showroom.

The role has a clear focus on incoming phone calls, where you assist customers who want to purchase, have questions about products and deliveries, or need help when something hasn't gone as planned. You guide the customer confidently through the dialogue and take responsibility for finding solutions that feel professional, clear, and trustworthy.

The work is varied and takes place at a fast pace, in close collaboration with colleagues. This is a role for you who enjoys when the days do not look the same and who thrives when working together to solve things.

We are looking for someone who

Has experience in customer service and enjoys a role with a lot of customer contact, especially over the phone. You like a fast pace and juggling many tasks, and when there is a lot to do, you gain energy, remain calm, and find it easy to prioritize.

You are self-assured, articulate well in both speech and writing, and maintain a professional and calm demeanor even when the dialogue becomes more challenging. You are comfortable on the phone and easily build trust, as well as help people in a solution-oriented and efficient way – while keeping your composure.

Equally important is that you are a true team player. You are there for your colleagues, support when needed, and contribute to a positive and safe atmosphere in the team. For you, it is natural to take responsibility – both towards your colleagues and our customers – so that the collaboration in the team runs smoothly and results in the best possible service to our customers.

During periods of higher tempo, you are a person to rely on. You have a natural holistic perspective, are communicative, and work closely with the team to resolve situations in the best way. For you, a communicative and cohesive team is a given prerequisite for top-class customer service.

We would like you to

· Have 1–2 years of experience in customer service

· Thrive in a fast-paced environment with varied tasks

· Be quick and efficient at the keyboard and have good computer skills

· Speak and write fluently in Swedish and English

Meritorious:

· Experience in e-commerce, preferably within furniture or home decor

· Knowledge of German and/or Finnish
