We are looking for a Communicator for an authority within the electricity sector.

This is a consulting assignment. The work location is Stockholm.

The position is full-time.

The assignment involves close collaboration with the client, which places high demands on flexibility and teamwork.

The Assignment

The communicator works with communication within network expansion projects and supports projects and programs with planning and implementation of activities aimed at stakeholders and the public. The role includes creating and producing communication materials, coordinating messages, supporting project spokespersons, and ensuring that communication contributes to the progress of the projects and strengthens the organization's brand.

Responsibilities

Write communication plans and participate in planning and executing communication activities related to network expansion projects.

Plan and execute events aimed at affected target groups.

Act as communicative support for the project's spokespersons.

Ensure that all communication follows established messages and guidelines for network expansion.

Produce text materials, images, and simple videos for internal and external channels.

Make web publications on the intranet and external web in Optimizely.

Develop informational materials and graphic products in InDesign.

Requirements (NOTE, mandatory)

At least 3 years of experience in the last five years working with communication aimed at the public.

At least 4 years of experience independently driving, planning, and executing target group-adapted communication and relationship-building communication activities.

At least 3 years of experience communicating complex issues tailored to several different target groups.

Fluent in speaking and writing Swedish and English.

Desirable

At least 5 years of experience as a communicator within public administration with the public as the target group.

At least 3 years of experience operationally working with communication in network expansion projects.

At least 2 years of experience in the role of communication consultant.

Other requirements

Security clearance: Security clearance and background checks are required.
