About the role

As a Researcher at 2Secure, you will work with information gathering and analysis for background checks related to recruitment, acquisitions, and collaborations. You will be responsible for collecting, verifying, and compiling information from a variety of sources and delivering clear, well-structured, and linguistically correct reports to our clients.

The role is suitable for you who have a strong sense of language, high reading comprehension, and enjoy working methodically, accurately, and quality-driven in every delivery.

You will become part of a business area with around 40 employees, within a company that is a market leader in background checks and security. We conduct over 10,000 checks per year and have been on the market for nearly 20 years, with a brand strongly associated with trust and quality.

Your main responsibilities:

• Collect and verify information from open sources such as authorities, courts, social and printed media
• Contact employers and educational institutions for verification
• Compile, analyze, and structure information in report form
• Ensure that CVs and information are correct
• Be responsible for a professional and service-oriented dialogue with clients and candidates, including ongoing contact and follow-up

We are looking for someone who:

• Has completed high school and preferably has worked for a year, or has post-secondary education
• Has fluent skills in Swedish and English in both spoken and written form
• Enjoys writing and has a good sense of language, structure, and quality
• Has high reading comprehension and enjoys analyzing and evaluating information
• Works in a structured and careful manner, even when the pace is high, and takes responsibility for quality in every delivery
• Enjoys both independent work and collaboration
• Is comfortable with contact with both clients and candidates

We particularly value that you are analytical, structured, and have high integrity in your work.

Preferred qualifications if you have experience in:

• Research work, investigation, administration, or similar
• Work where written documentation has been central
• Security, legal, HR, or government-related activities
• Experience in customer service or work that involved regular contact and dialogue with clients and/or candidates.
