We are looking for an experienced controller/BI consultant who wants to take full responsibility for the migration and further development of reports and analyses to Power BI.

About the assignment The assignment involves migrating existing reports and analyses from the current BI solution to Power BI. You will analyze the current report structure, build data models, develop dashboards, and ensure that the solutions are stable, tested, and ready for operation.

An important part of the assignment is to support and guide the organization's employees in working with Power BI, focusing on knowledge transfer and long-term management 🤝

Tasks and responsibilities Independent analysis of existing reports and data sources Development of data models, reports, and dashboards in Power BI Use of Power Query and DAX for modeling and calculations Integration with existing APIs and SFTP solutions Testing, quality assurance, and deployment of BI solutions Documentation of solutions and creation of user support Educational guidance and support for the organization's users Planning, execution, and follow-up of the entire assignment

Deliverables and goals Complete migration of existing reports to Power BI Fully tested and deployed dashboards and reports Documentation and knowledge transfer to the organization Completed assignment by June 2026, with the possibility of an adjusted timeline

Scope and conditions Scope 50% Start date ASAP End date June 30, 2026 Location Stockholm, work is on-site Kick-off workshop conducted together with the client Possibility of extension corresponding to approximately 50% capacity for operations and further development 🔄

Mandatory requirements Previous experience with migration projects within BI Very good experience with Power BI, Power Query, and DAX Experience in data modeling, report, and dashboard development
