To be considered for this position, you must have another main occupation of at least 50% (either through studies, other work, or being retired).

As a receptionist, you will be the heart of the reception at the construction site in Hammarby Sjöstad. You create order, spread good vibes, and ensure that everything flows from the first cup of coffee to the last mail delivery of the day.

You are the company's face to the outside world and an important part of the team. You ensure that both visitors and employees feel welcome and that everything around the reception runs smoothly.

Examples of tasks:

• Welcome staff and visitors with a smile

• Prepare coffee and create a pleasant atmosphere in the morning

• Assist with orientation courses (Monday and Wednesday)

• Handle administration such as mail, ID06, and ID checks

• Keep order in the reception and ensure everything works

You also contribute to the whole by keeping things clean and tidy, distributing fruit, checking the changing rooms, and supporting colleagues when needed. In short, you are the spider in the web that makes the workplace function and people thrive.

You are positive, confident, and have a natural sense of service. You thrive in a role where you meet people, create order, and contribute to a professional yet relaxed atmosphere.

You are communicative, have integrity, and dare to speak up when needed. Experience in reception, customer service, or administration is a plus, but your attitude and willingness to create a pleasant environment are the most important.

You are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Additional languages are a plus.
