Your Mission

As a coordinator in personal assistance, you have a central function in the organization and work closely with the operations manager and deputy operations manager. The role is broad and involves a great deal of personal responsibility, where you handle several parallel tasks and are an important contact for both assistants, clients, and relatives.

Your tasks include, among others:

• Coordination and follow-up of staffing
• Management of absences, leave, and changes in assignments
• Reporting of performed assistance hours to the Social Insurance Agency and Social Services
• Administration regarding assistants' expenses and purchasing of materials for the office and clients
• Responsibility for permissions and administrative parts during the introduction of new employees
• Ongoing contact with assistants, you are often their first contact
• Collaboration with clients, relatives, and close ones
• Participation in the recruitment of new assistants
• Planning and implementation of simpler staff meetings and planning days
• Contact with authorities and other external actors

The work is characterized by variation and at times a high pace. You need to be confident in and enjoy prioritizing and making decisions even when all conditions are not entirely clear.

Your Experience

To succeed in the role, we see that you have:

• Completed higher education that the employer deems relevant (for example, in HR, healthcare, economics, or administration)
• Very good computer skills and experience working in multiple systems simultaneously
• Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

It is advantageous if you have experience in:

• Personal assistance and/or work within LSS
• Administration, coordination, or staffing
• Reporting or follow-up with authorities
• Municipal operations
