HR Specialist at Attunda District Court
Do you want to make a difference and contribute to the socially important activities of the Swedish courts? We are now looking for an HR Specialist for a six-month fixed-term employment, focusing on recruitment and HR administration.
Job Description
The role involves a lot of operational work with a focus on HR administration and recruitment. The work is carried out in close collaboration with the court's other HR specialist, HR administrator, and court managers.
In the recruitment part, you will be responsible for the entire recruitment process in dialogue with your HR colleagues and managers. HR administration includes, for example, writing employment contracts, registering employments in the court's payroll system, and handling recruitment administration.
The court's HR specialists are part of a regional network for HR issues together with HR personnel from the five district courts in the Stockholm area.
As an HR specialist, you will report directly to the administrative director and belong to the court's administrative department.

Qualifications
We are looking for someone who is at the beginning of their career and enjoys an operational role. You have a university degree in HR/Human Resource Management or Behavioral Science. You have at least one year of current experience in competency-based recruitment with very good references. You have experience working in recruitment systems, preferably Visma Recruit. You should also have experience working with HR administration and have worked in some HR/payroll system.
It is an advantage if you are trained in personality tests and have experience in government work within HR or have recruited for government operations.
You must be able to express yourself very well in Swedish both orally and in writing. Furthermore, you have a high level of IT maturity and can handle Microsoft Office well.

We are looking for someone with very good administrative skills. You have an easy time building relationships and creating trust at different levels in the organization by being attentive and unpretentious in your demeanor. Furthermore, you find it easy to collaborate with others, are confident in yourself, and communicate with others in a responsive and clear manner, both verbally and in writing. You are good at planning and prioritizing your work independently, but at the same time have the ability to quickly shift focus and adapt when circumstances change.
To be considered for employment, you must meet high standards regarding judgment, security awareness, and suitability. This means that you stand up for democratic values and the state values that govern the operations of the Swedish Courts. We require that you comply with applicable laws. We place great importance on personal qualities.

The operations are conducted in modern and functional premises at Sollentuna station, only 15 minutes by commuter train from Stockholm Central. In addition to the court's own premises, Färgskrapan also houses some of the country's largest courtrooms and high-security rooms that are accessible to all Swedish courts.
