Accounts Assistant for Accounts Receivable & Payable

About the Position

SJR is now hiring an Accounts Assistant for Accounts Receivable & Payable for an assignment with one of our clients located in central Stockholm. This is a consulting assignment starting immediately and lasting for 6 months. After that, there are great opportunities to be hired by the client.

Responsibilities

In your role as an accounts assistant for accounts receivable & payable, you will be responsible for the tasks listed below. The role is broad and varied and places high demands on communication and the ability to drive your work independently. Your tasks will include:

• Managing supplier invoices
• Reconciliations of accounts receivable and payable
• Invoicing
• Incoming and outgoing payments
• Preparing financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.

Suitable Background

We are looking for someone with extensive experience in the above tasks, preferably in large and complex flows. You have strong system skills, and experience with Rillion and Unit 4 is highly advantageous. You communicate fluently in both Swedish and English.
