Do you want to work with communication that actually makes a difference – in some of Sweden's most socially important projects? We are now looking for three communicators for a long-term consulting assignment with a government agency in Sundbyberg, focusing on communication related to extensive infrastructure investments.

The agency is facing a significant development of the electricity grid to meet the increased demand for electricity and contribute to electrification and green transition. Communication with the public and relevant stakeholders is a crucial success factor.

As a communicator, you will be part of an established communication team that works with regional dialogue and communication in large programs and projects. You will have common working methods, close collaboration, and a clear mission: to create communication that both drives projects forward and strengthens the agency's trust and brand.

In this role, you will among other things:

• Develop and write communication plans

• Plan, implement, and follow up on communication efforts

• Plan and execute events aimed at specific target groups

• Provide communication support to project spokespersons

• Ensure that communication follows established messages

• Produce texts, images, and simple videos

• Publish content on the web and intranet (Optimizely)

• Develop communication materials in InDesign

• At least 3 years of experience in the last five years working with communication aimed at the public

• At least 4 years of experience independently driving, planning, and implementing target group-adapted communication and relationship-building communication activities

• At least 3 years of experience communicating complex issues tailored to several different target groups

• The consultant must speak and write Swedish and English fluently

• At least 5 years of experience as a communicator within public administration with the public as the target group

• At least 3 years of experience operationally working with communication in network expansion projects

• At least 2 years of experience in the role of communication consultant
