About the Role

Are you business-oriented, digitally savvy, and thrive in a dynamic environment while wanting to contribute to a fossil-free future? We are now looking for our next commercial star in digital sales!

As a Business Developer Online with us, you will play an important role in contributing to increased sales growth of Vattenfall's electricity contracts for private consumers and small businesses by driving digital initiatives and business development. You will work on identifying and evaluating new business opportunities in digital channels. You will support ongoing initiatives within Online Growth, such as conversion optimization and commercial partnerships. Working with data analysis and insights to improve the customer journey and evaluate sales initiatives is an important part of the role. Exploring new sales channels and customer segments is also included. You will build business cases and create foundations for various business decisions.

Requirements

We are looking for someone who has:

• Several years of experience in digital sales
• Several years of experience from a digitally driven business
• Good understanding of digital business models: traffic acquisition, conversion flows, customer journeys, and analysis
• Relevant education in economics, marketing, or a similar field
• Experience in business development or sales is a merit, from a consulting role or line role

As a person, we are looking for someone who takes great personal responsibility and has the drive to both identify and implement initiatives that deliver business value. With a forward-leaning drive, you see opportunities where others see obstacles, and you have proven business acumen. At the same time, you are communicative and collaborative. Communication skills in Swedish and English are a requirement.
