About the Assignment

We are now looking for an experienced communicator for a long-term and socially important assignment within energy infrastructure. The assignment is linked to a comprehensive expansion and renewal of the electricity grid in Sweden – a crucial part of electrification, the green transition, and the country's continued development.

As a communicator, you will support several programs and projects with strategic and operational communication. You will be part of an established communication unit that works with regional dialogue and communication related to network expansion. The unit has common working methods and close collaboration, focusing on communication that both drives project progress and strengthens the organization's brand.

Responsibilities

Your role will include, among other things:

• Developing and writing communication plans and participating in the planning and implementation of communication efforts
• Planning and executing events aimed at specific target groups
• Providing communicative support to project spokespersons
• Ensuring that communication follows established messages and the overall communication strategy
• Producing texts, images, and simple videos
• Publishing content on external websites and intranet (Optimizely)
• Creating communication materials in InDesign

This is a consultancy assignment for an initial period of 1 year. You will be employed by us at A-Talent Tech. Requirements

To be considered for the assignment, you must meet the following requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience (in the last 5 years) in communication with the public as the target group
• At least 4 years of experience in independently driving, planning, and implementing target group-adapted communication and relationship-building activities
• At least 3 years of experience in communicating complex issues to various target groups
• Very good ability to speak and write in Swedish and English

Desirable Experience

It is an extra plus if you have:

• Experience as a communicator within public administration
• Experience in operational communication in network expansion or infrastructure projects
• Experience working as a communications consultant

Other

The assignment is subject to security clearance and background checks, which means that this needs to be completed and approved before the assignment starts.
