Information about the Swedish Armed Forces and the recruiting unit:
Stockholm Amphibious Regiment (Amf 1) operates where water meets land and serves as the link between naval and army combat forces. Fast-moving combat boats and hovercraft make the unit agile. Our weapon systems allow us to operate in four dimensions: on and below the water surface, in the air, and on land. Thus, we can exert control over coastal areas.
The unit trains amphibious soldiers, coastal rangers, sailors, and officers in various main services. Amf 1 has production responsibility for the war units 2nd Amphibious Battalion and 2nd Marine Base Battalion. The unit is based in Haninge (Berga). Please read more at https://www.forsvarsmakten.se/sv/organisation/stockholms-amfibieregemente-amf-1/ (https://www.forsvarsmakten.se/sv/organisation/stockholms-amfibieregemente-amf-1/)
Every day and every hour, our employees make contributions that affect other people's lives, both big and small, at home and around the world.

Employment with us means placement in a security class. Usually, Swedish citizenship is required. Security clearance with background checks will be conducted before employment according to Chapter 3 of the Security Protection Act. Employment includes an obligation to be placed in wartime.
