ABOUT THE ROLE In this role, you will have the opportunity to work broadly with the entire payroll process in an organization where quality, service, and development are in focus. The assignment starts in March/April and lasts for about a year. You will be an important part of a team where you together ensure correct and well-functioning payroll deliveries every month.

As a payroll consultant, you will work with all aspects of the monthly payroll cycle – from new hires and changes during employment to terminations, absences, additions, and deductions in the SD Worx system. You will also be responsible for conducting quality controls of both input and output data to ensure high data quality.

An important part of your work is to provide professional and service-oriented support to managers and employees on payroll-related issues.

The role also includes annual tasks such as year-end processing, salary reviews, and vacation calculations. You will have many internal contacts, but also some external dialogue.

YOUR PROFILE

We are looking for someone who combines professionalism with a warm and unpretentious approach. You have a natural drive and a positive energy that contributes to a good atmosphere in the team. In an environment where the pace can change, you are confident, flexible, and able to create structure and prioritize effectively. Your communication skills enable you to easily build trusting relationships and explain payroll-related issues clearly and pedagogically.

As a person, you are meticulous, responsible, and quality-conscious, while also being open to change and willing to contribute improvement suggestions. You see opportunities and take initiatives to develop both work methods and collaborations.

The role is performed in a hybrid solution where two fixed days per week require on-site presence south of Stockholm. You are fluent in English, both spoken and written.
