Established player in the management of housing cooperatives is now looking for an Administrator for the office in Täby.

Your employment offer
We offer a position of about 70–80% with the possibility to influence your working hours outside of fixed opening hours (weekdays 9–13). You will have significant responsibility in a low-stress, high-variation everyday life. This is a job for you who appreciate independence, clarity, and flexibility. You will work in a small team where trust is central. There is some opportunity for remote work after the introduction.
Your tasks
As an administrator, you will handle a wide range of tasks related to the management of housing cooperatives:
- Respond to incoming emails and calls from members, boards, and real estate agents
- Staff the reception and ensure that the office is in order
- Manage the apartment register, transfers, and mortgage handling
- Handle customer accounts and supplier invoices (basic accounting, no year-end)
- Reconcile accounts and distribute reports
- Plan and structure the workweek based on recurring deadlines
Worth knowing
The position is located in a small office in Täby, close to restaurants and the Roslagsbanan train. The office is staffed physically between 9 AM and 1 PM. Outside of that, working hours are flexible depending on the season and workload. Many tasks require on-site presence, but parts of the job can be done from home. Our peak season is January to April when we need full focus; however, there is great freedom at other times.
Our expectations
We are looking for someone who is meticulous, responsible, and enjoys an independent role. You have previous experience working with or for housing cooperatives – alternatively, you have been active in a board and understand how cooperative life works in practice. You can easily switch between tasks, keep order in both paper and digital records, and are keen to provide quick and accurate service via email and phone. It is an advantage if you are interested in digitalization and want to contribute with smarter solutions – here, your own initiatives are encouraged. You are a confident person with good self-awareness, and you like to have control over your own workflows. In this recruitment, your personal qualities are more important than formal education.
