Forecast and Replenishment Planner

Job Description

Are you a problem solver who enjoys providing excellent service and wants to be part of BAUHAUS's rapid development in logistics? We are now looking for a Forecast and Replenishment Planner who wants to contribute to ensuring efficient order flows and an optimized supply of goods to our central warehouse, our stores, and web warehouse. In this role, you will be responsible for ordering goods, reviewing, evaluating, and approving order proposals, as well as analyzing our ordering forecast. We are in an exciting phase where we continuously develop our processes and working methods, and we are looking for someone who wants to help drive that development forward.

The position we are looking for is temporary: This means a varied role with fixed tasks that you will have responsibility for during the period, while also supporting the team's planners in daily work as needed.

Employment period: 2/2 2026 to 31/8 2026.

The position may be filled before the application deadline.

Your main responsibilities will be to continuously for BAUHAUS Sweden and Norway:

• Be responsible for supply levels and KPIs for central warehouse, stores, and web warehouse
• Maintain and optimize inventory levels
• Analyze and evaluate order levels
• Analyze forecasts
• Be the obvious hub regarding questions within the organization as well as from suppliers related to supply/order flow

You will also ensure that all internal procedures are followed. The role includes daily contact with the stores in both countries and follow-up of our central warehouse located in Norrköping. You will also have a broad contact area with our suppliers worldwide and be part of a team of skilled employees who all work to make the workday as good as possible for both customers and colleagues. You are eager to take initiative and comfortable being proactive in your tasks towards others in the organization. Your education is not decisive, but it is desirable if you have an education in logistics or purchasing, or previous experience in ordering and order management. What matters is that you have the right personal profile and an attitude that anything is possible. If you have previously worked in the business system SAP and F&R, it is a strong merit but not a requirement.
