On behalf of Jobbland, we are now looking for a part-time Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be an important part of the marketing and communication team and work closely with Marketing Manager Ebba, to whom you will also report.

About the position

As a customer service representative, you are often the first point of contact for their users, both job seekers and employers, and you play a central role in ensuring high quality and satisfied customers. In this role, you will primarily work with written customer service and support related to their websites. Your tasks will include, among others:

• Responding to incoming emails and inquiries from employers and employees

• Providing advice on user profiles, ads, and functionality

• Troubleshooting, handling complaints, and updating ad texts

• Contacting media and partners such as digital agencies

• Working in internal systems and escalating issues as needed

• Maintaining ongoing internal dialogue with other departments

The position involves about 10 hours per week, spread over 4-5 days. Working hours are scheduled on weekdays between 9 AM and 5 PM, with a flexible schedule. After onboarding, there is an opportunity to work from home.
