We are now looking for an administrator with 2 years of experience for our client Familjebostäder
Description:
Familjebostäder is a public housing company with approximately 350 employees. The company is part of the city's group company Stockholms Stadshus AB. Familjebostäder offers homes, builds and manages houses, and develops vibrant neighborhoods.
Background
Each year, 1500 parking spaces need to be conditionally changed in the system and in contact with the customer.
Job Description/Role
The administrator will work full-time to conditionally change parking spaces, which involves contacting tenants via email, phone, and in some cases, letters. Informing them that an adjustment to their contract will take place. Making the change in the system and following up continuously. Reporting to the responsible party monthly on progress and future plans.
Possibility for remote work
- Yes, up to 2 days remote per week.
- Initially in the office during the introduction for at least 3 months.
Possibility of extension?
- Yes – 3 x 6 months
Mandatory requirements

- Documented experience in an administrative role of at least 2 years
- At least 2 years of practical work experience working with Word and Excel in an administrative role
- Swedish, English in spoken and written form
- Other languages are meritorious
