We are looking for an accounting assistant

Job Description

The main tasks will be invoice management in the financial system Raindance, purchasing, monitoring functional mailboxes in Outlook, case management, and support. It also includes the monthly registration of childcare invoices in the operational system Edlevo. It is expected that you will actively work on process improvements and documentation of work routines.

You will work in a unit where there are also accounting economists, economists, controllers, and system administrators. The assignment is for a person who is on leave for studies.

Mandatory requirements:

• At least two years of experience in public administration and financial processes.
• Post-secondary education in finance and accounting.

Personal qualities:

• You are meticulous and take responsibility for your tasks.
• You find it easy to collaborate with others and are a good team player.
• You need to be service-oriented and accustomed to solving complex problems.
