About the position
At Perido, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator for our client, a well-known player in the automotive industry. You will be based at the office located in Södertälje, with the possibility of remote work a few days a week.
Your responsibilities
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator (TAC) who will support daily with administration within the recruitment process. The role involves coordinating and managing administrative tasks related to several parallel recruitments, in close collaboration with the Talent Acquisition Specialist (TAS), hiring managers, and other functions. You will be responsible for the final steps in the recruitment process, including validation, background checks, and compliance, as well as ensuring a smooth handover from TAS to TAC and informing the hiring manager.
Tasks:
- Manage confidential personnel data, employment contracts, and other sensitive documents in accordance with GDPR
- Ensure high quality and efficiency to meet project deadlines
- Collaborate closely with colleagues to maintain a steady workflow and balanced workload
- Coordinate and administer the final steps in the recruitment process
- Act as a contact person for the hiring manager during the final phase of the process

Qualifications:
- University degree with a focus on human resources or equivalent work experience
- Previous experience that includes administrative tasks in the recruitment process or other relevant HR processes
- Experience in handling personnel data, employment contracts, and other sensitive documentation
- Ability to communicate fluently in both spoken and written Swedish and English
Meritorious:
- Knowledge of the HR system SuccessFactors
Scope and start date
Full-time, consulting assignment until 2026-06-30. Immediate start.
