In this role, you will work variably and broadly with tasks related to recruitment and personnel administration. We are a fantastic recruitment and staffing team of seven people looking for a new star colleague to join us.  

About the position 

As a Recruitment Specialist with us, you will handle the entire recruitment process and coordinate communication between candidates, clients, and Middlepoint. You are a crucial part of an efficient and professional candidate journey, ensuring that new service stars joining our consulting team get the best possible start with us and with our clients. You will also be responsible for managing and administering employment contracts. We work in a large and unpretentious team focused on staffing and recruitment, where we support each other and have a general understanding of each other's tasks and responsibilities. 

  Your tasks will include, among other things; 

• Developing and updating requirement profiles and advertisements 

• Managing CV selection and selection processes 

• Phone screenings and interviews 

• Maintaining relationships with clients and partners 

• Administering employment contracts 

• Assisting the staffing and recruitment team where needed

The role requires the ability to handle various parallel projects, so you should be comfortable making independent decisions within your area of responsibility and be unpretentious in flagging challenges. 

Requirements for the role  We would like you to have a couple of years of experience in similar roles (HR departments, recruitment, events, staffing, or a responsible role in the service industry). Perhaps you have just graduated from a behavioral science program, such as the human resources program at the university level. A significant plus is recruitment experience within the service/staffing industry.

• You have experience working in the service industry, preferably as a receptionist or similar 

• A sense of quality and clear communication 

• Fluent in Swedish and good knowledge of English 

• Familiar with systems, we primarily work in Office 365, Teamtailor, and SAP

About the employment  The employment is a permanent position with a six-month initial probation period, starting in March 2026. Working hours are usually office hours.
