Do you want to help put housing issues at the top of the agenda for the 2026 election? Are you passionate about creating engaging content that makes people stop, feel, and act? Then this is the role for you.

The Tenants' Association is now looking for a creative and idea-driven content creator who wants to become a key person in our election work for 2026. Your mission is to get the most important issues for tenants out there and create real opinion through smart, fast, and impactful content on social media.

About the Role

In this role, you will be part of the press and opinion team with a focus on:

• Creating engaging and shareable content for TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
• Driving opinion formation and storytelling around the most important issues for tenants during the election campaign.
• Turning housing policy issues into clear messages that resonate emotionally, are easy to understand, and engage.
• Following trends and formats in social media and quickly translating them into relevant campaign material.
• Communicating the Tenants' Association's messages using humor, memes, and formats that people recognize and want to share.
• Working closely with the campaign manager and spokespersons to find the most impactful angles and moments.
• Contributing to building digital mobilization and engagement before and during the election.

Who Are You?

We are looking for someone who:

• Has documented experience in creating video content for TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook, preferably focusing on opinion, social issues, or campaigns.
• Understands how to build reach, engagement, and relationships on social media.
• Is quick in production and graphic design: video, copy, editing, and simple graphics.
• Has a sense of tone and dramaturgy and knows how to tell stories on social platforms.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and is unafraid to test, measure, and iterate.
• Has a political interest and shares the Tenants' Association's values regarding everyone's right to safe and good housing.

About the Position

• Temporary employment starting as soon as possible until the end of October.
