We are growing and therefore need to strengthen our wonderful team with additional expertise. Our goal is to create value-adding and long-term business and deliveries by building strong partnerships with our clients. Job satisfaction and cohesion are the foundation of our work. We are now looking for a self-driven and experienced Recruitment Consultant for our office in Stockholm.

The role involves

• Doing business with both existing and new clients.
• Conducting recruitment and search assignments from start to finish with a focus on specialist recruitment.
• Working commercially with responsibility for client relationships, business development, and delivery.
• Contributing to the development of HRM as a company regarding profitable growth, culture, processes, working methods, and quality monitoring.
• Using capacity and personality tests as a natural part of the recruitment process.
• Contributing to the development of HRM's business, client relationships, and working methods.

Background

We see that you have an academic degree in behavioral science or another relevant field and at least 3 years of documented experience in specialist recruitment and search. You have a clear commercial drive and a well-established network with strong relationships and clients. You are used to working independently throughout the recruitment process and thrive in a business-oriented consulting role.

It is advantageous if you have a license in one or more testing tools, coaching certification, and experience working in consulting or business-driven organizations. Experience from related HR services or adjacent business areas is also positive.
