About the job as Lead Data Analyst - HR & Sustainability

As a Lead Data Analyst - HR & Sustainability at Jefferson Wells, on assignment with our client in Södertälje, you will play a key role in initiating, leading, and structuring data and analysis work within a larger project focusing on HR, People & Culture, and sustainability reporting. The role combines strategic responsibility with operational work and requires you to thrive in a complex environment with many parallel initiatives and stakeholders.

You will act as the Data Lead in the project and be responsible for driving the data and reporting track, while further developing the organization’s CSRD reporting from a data and analysis perspective. An important part of the assignment is to ensure quality, structure, and traceability in HR-related data during the transition from legacy systems to new solutions.

Common tasks include:

• Lead and coordinate the data and reporting work within the project
• Identify, propose, and prioritize data and analysis initiatives related to the project’s goals
• Develop implementation plans including timelines, resource needs, risks, and dependencies
• Ensure accurate HR data, reporting, and analysis during system transitions
• Be proactive towards IT, architects, operations, and external and global stakeholders
• Further develop and improve CSRD reporting from a data and analysis perspective
• Ensure data quality, traceability, and structure for sustainability-related data
• Communicate complex data and analysis issues clearly and pedagogically

The ideal candidate

At Jefferson Wells, we are looking for a senior and self-driven Lead Data Analyst with experience in HR data, sustainability, and reporting in complex organizations. You have experience working in projects or programs with many stakeholders and possess the ability to think strategically while delivering operationally. You are communicative, structured, and have an easy time building trust in collaborations at various levels.

To succeed in the role, we see that you have:

• Several years of experience in a role as Lead Data Analyst, Data Lead, or equivalent
• Experience with HR data, People & Culture, or similar business-related data areas
• Good understanding of CSRD, sustainability reporting, and requirements for data quality and traceability
• Experience leading and structuring data work in projects or change initiatives
• Ability to independently identify initiatives, propose solutions, and estimate work
• Excellent communication skills and experience working with many stakeholders
• Fluent in English and Swedish, both spoken and written
