The Role As a service advisor, you will assist our customers from start to finish, from when they drop off their car at the workshop to when they pick it up. You will receive and hand over cars and be responsible for daily customer contact that occurs over the counter, by phone, and through our digital channels. By asking the right questions, you will help plan and book work at our workshop. The job is partially administrative, involving compiling and invoicing completed work as well as compiling work orders.

The role involves independent work but with close collaboration within the team and close contact with other colleagues in the aftermarket. Together, you ensure a positive overall experience for our customers. Your placement will be at our facility in Sätra, and you will report to the Aftermarket Manager. The position is full-time with working hours Monday to Friday according to schedule, 40 hours a week. This is a permanent position, with a 6-month probationary period.

Basic Requirements

• Previous experience in service work

• Computer proficiency

• Fluent Swedish and good knowledge of English, both spoken and written

• Driving license B (Manual)

• Basic vehicle knowledge or experience in a similar role is considered an advantage

• At least one year of experience in the automotive industry in the same role is considered an advantage

• Previous work within Kobra is considered an advantage
