We are currently looking for a Tech Recruiter who will be the driving force in identifying and recruiting the best tech professionals in the gaming industry. You will play a central role in building our teams, working closely with hiring managers across all departments to ensure that we attract and secure top talent.

The Role

Your key responsibilities include:

• Partnering with hiring managers to understand technical needs and role requirements.
• Identifying, sourcing, and headhunting exceptional tech talent for a variety of roles, with a focus on game development and production.
• Managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and outreach to interview coordination and offer negotiation.
• Building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified tech candidates for current and future roles.
• Staying ahead of industry trends in tech recruitment and gaming to refine strategies and reach passive talent.

What We’re Looking For

• 2–4+ years of experience in talent sourcing or recruitment (agency or in-house), ideally within the gaming or software industry, with a proven track record in tech hiring.
• Strong network and understanding of technical roles, including developers, engineers, and other specialized tech profiles.
• Exceptional communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple searches and priorities while delivering a high-quality candidate experience.
• Proactive, self-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced, creative environment.
• You take pride in finding candidates who are a great fit both technically and culturally.

Nice-to-have

• Experience recruiting for regulated gaming or iGaming roles.
• Understanding of game production pipelines and technical roles in game studios.
• Passion for gaming and insight into gaming culture and communities.
