About the Position

At KFX HR-partner, we are looking for a positive and service-oriented person for our client in Stockholm. As a switchboard operator, you will be the company's first point of contact and play a crucial role in providing our customers and visitors with a professional and warm welcome. The position is part-time (50%) at a large and well-known company in Norra Djurgården, Stockholm. Job Responsibilities

At our client, you will work at the switchboard and be responsible for providing customers with first-class service and directing them appropriately. The tasks include:

• Answering incoming calls and forwarding them to the correct department/person.
• Managing and forwarding messages.
• Reviewing cases via email.
• Providing basic information about the company and our services.

Qualifications

To be suitable as a switchboard operator, we see that you enjoy providing high-level service, are stress-resistant, and have good multitasking skills as you will often find yourself in situations where multiple tasks need to be handled simultaneously:

• Have experience in the role of a switchboard operator.
• Have good communication skills and are service-oriented.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Are structured and can manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Additional Information

Start: March 2026

Location: Norra Djurgården (near the Technical University)

Scope: Part-time, 50%. You will work Monday to Friday with varying working hours.
