Vasastans Montessoriskola is a non-profit parent cooperative whose activities consist of preschool and primary school F-9. We are looking for a structured and flexible administrator/accounting assistant who wants to become a central part of our organization.

Your tasks include, among other things:

Finance & administration

• Bookkeeping and monthly closing
• Accounts payable and invoicing
• Payroll management

School administration

• Substitute management
• Grade management
• Digital platforms such as Tyra and Vklass
• Contact with property managers

We are looking for someone who:

• Is structured, service-oriented, and comfortable in a changing everyday life
• Has experience in financial work and administration
• Is fearless, takes initiative, and thrives in a broad role
• Has good experience with digital tools and systems
• Is used to collaborating in teams and easily builds good relationships
• Has the will and curiosity to understand the whole of school operations
• Has experience with payroll/administration programs SPIRIS/Visma

It is an advantage, but not a requirement, if you have previous experience from schools or preschools.
