About the Position

Interspiro AB is looking for a structured and responsible accounting economist who wants to work broadly with accounting in a business-oriented role. You will be responsible for ongoing accounting and participate in monthly and annual financial statements. The role involves close collaboration with the CFO, the business, and external parties, focusing on quality, accuracy, and the development of financial processes.

Responsibilities

The responsibilities include, among other things:

Ongoing Accounting and Administration

• Ongoing bookkeeping
• Accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Invoicing, payments, and follow-up
• Reconciliation of bank, tax accounts, and balance sheets

Financial Statements and Reporting

• Monthly financial statements including accruals
• Participation and support in group financial statements
• Preparation and active participation in annual financial statements
• VAT and tax reporting
• Collaboration with external auditors during financial statements and audits

Systems, Structure, and Quality

• Work in the business system Navision
• Ensure good structure, quality, and compliance in accounting processes
• Contribute to the development, improvement, and efficiency of routines and working methods

Collaboration and Support

• Ongoing dialogue and collaboration with the CFO
• Support to managers and the business in financial and accounting-related matters
• Contact with authorities and external parties as needed

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:

• Post-secondary education in finance/accounting
• Experience working as an accounting economist
• Good knowledge of Swedish accounting
• Experience working in business systems, preferably Navision
• Good knowledge of Excel
• Very good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form
