In this role, you will have a central and coordinating function where you will be responsible for initiating and administering immigration and relocation services for both international local hires and permanent relocation cases. Responsibilities
- Initiate and administer immigration and relocation services via Benivo and Deloitte Cobalt

Qualifications and Competencies
- Bachelor's degree or higher, for example in Business Administration or equivalent
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- Good technical skills and experience working with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), SAP, and ServiceNow
- Strong communication skills and the ability to clearly explain policies and processes to employees, managers, and HR
- Structured, meticulous, and solution-oriented with the ability to handle multiple parallel tasks and deadlines
- Project management skills and initiative
Preferred:
- Experience in the immigration and/or relocation field, e.g., from relocation or immigration companies
- Experience in project work and updating HR websites or knowledge sites
- Strong interest in People & Culture / HR and international issues
This is an excellent opportunity for you who want to work closely with HR in an international and global context, and contribute to smooth, high-quality relocation and immigration processes in a larger organization.
