This is what you will do with us

• Drive the entire recruitment and consulting processes – from needs analysis to offer and closure.
• Have a sales role where you engage new and existing clients.
• Proactively search for, attract, and present qualified candidates.
• Create and nurture relationships with both candidates and clients.
• Collaborate with the team to develop our recruitment business and contribute to improved processes.
• Work data-driven and use modern tools (including AI) to streamline search and candidate matching.
• Follow up on candidate experience and client satisfaction.

Your team and workplace

You will be part of Ada Digital. We are an experienced team currently consisting of 10 people. We are located in nice and central premises at Hötorget in Stockholm and have strong collaboration with our parent company TNG, where we have colleagues in marketing, finance, HR, and large client sales. We also sit together with our sister companies Invici, Mesh, ToFindOut, Tengai, and Signpost.

We truly care about our culture and cohesion but also about work-life balance, which is why we work hybrid. We expect you to be adaptable based on client needs and that you also want to be in the office at least a few days a week.

More about you

We are looking for someone who is quick, goal-oriented, and truly passionate about recruitment and sales! You have previous experience recruiting roles in IT/Tech or related fields – preferably with a network in tech and digital roles. Experience in search, outreach, sourcing, and relationship building is a plus.
